Commercial Mechanical Service Corporation was founded in 1953. It is one of the largest and most experienced heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration sales and service organization in the northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin area.

Commercial is a financially strong company with large bonding capabilities. We are self-insured for workman’s compensation and can provide certificates of insurance upon request for any project.

Additionally, our employees receive on-going training on new equipment and are continuously evaluated on performance. Each employee is professionally trained and experienced in all phases of HVAC and Refrigeration applications.

Reedy Industries purchased Commercial Mechanical and merged it with General Refrigeration. Today, all companies are seemlessly operating as one and prospering with a new revitalization, even in this current challenging era.
